Limited Use and Liability: Products are sold solely for ornamental and/or aesthetic purposes. Izmir Poppy disclaims all liability for use, misuse, or unintended consequences from non-ornamental uses. You release Izmir Poppy from all responsibility, claims, and damages arising from any non-ornamental use.

You confirm the legality of purchasing and owning poppy seeds in your area and release Izmir Poppy from any legal implications, claims, or penalties.

No Guarantees on International Orders: We do not guarantee successful international delivery. International orders are shipped at the buyer’s risk. Izmir Poppy is not responsible for loss, delay, or customs complications. The buyer assumes all risks, including customs regulations, import duties, and potential confiscation. This clause does not apply within the United States.
